    Looking at the advertisement the thing that they are selling is the location, location, location.

    Just see the number of lines devoted to its description.

    Gray is good. It will still look the same after 10 20 or 30 years. The dirt will mix so well with the color one can't tell clean from dirt.

    Despite the negative comments, it will be sold out....

    Any idea the selling prices? Where is this project? Amber Rd still got space meh?

    Indicative psf shld be abt 16xxpsf range up i suppose given Siglap V already hit 16xx-17xxpsf....i guess it will be another quantum game project....less than 1 mil investment...afterall this is amber rd...not a bad place...if u willing to pay a bit more...can have a look at Aalto @ meyer rd...2kpsf up...

    11 storey high can get seaview? Aalto overprice how to compare? Even Aalto sold out this project is nowhere near the quality and luxury. More ever, why bring Siglap V into the picture?

    got balcony
