    D4: Reflection at Keppel Bay: $2,714 psf

    D5: The Rochester: $1,680 psf

    D9: The Orchard Residences: $5,600 psf
    D10: Nassim Park Residences: $4,518 psf
    D11: Lincoln Suites: $2,365 psf

    D14: Suites @ Guillemard: $1,514 psf
    D15: Aalto: $3,000 psf

    D21: Jardin: $2,059 psf
    D22: The Lakeshore: $1,090 psf
    D23: Park Natura: $1,209 psf

    How do you get some of these figures? eg. Orchard Residences .... is it for cases where no caveats were lodged?

    Strangely URA places Orchard Residences under D10 search and Suites @ Guillemard is actually D15 fyi. Same as Amarelle.

    How far you want your data to be? If 2007, then orchard residences will be 5600 psf and sail will be 3800 psf. If now, then scott square 4100 psf and sail will be 3205 psf.

    And if I didn't remember wrongly, citylights (D8) peak was at 1600 or 1700 in early 2008. But you need a paid service to view the past transactions.

    Citylights got peak so high?
    The highest record psf for Citylights was $1,420 psf on 22/01/2010.

    The second highest psf was $1,402 psf on 27/06/2008.

    The highest psf in early 2008 was $1,346 psf on 17/03/2008.

    D18 as guess is double bay residence and shall be very high soon as due to upcoming new univerisity..... great potential. Buyers go for sub sale and buy now.l

    U r really hardworking in marketing your double bay residence yeah!

    Dun worry lah, when the entire mkt property prices move to another higher unseen frontier, u will have chance to clear your double bay....provided you have the holding power to wait for the time to come...
