looks like those super-west-sun 1br going to hit 1.2kpsf on TOP :
THE ESTUARY YISHUN AVENUE 1 Condominium 1 660,000 603 Strata 1,095psf Mar-12
Ride at your own risk !!!
Colour predominantly white, there isn't too much purple, so not so bad. Bro Azeo is great in this forum with the photo shoots.
Not many big brand new unit studios around, i guess premium is there, but seems a little stretch to go $1.2k psf with do many MMs launching in OCR.Originally Posted by phantom_opera
Sorry but the all white and boxy regular look just like hdb or dbss at best - just sharing my first impression upon seeing it. A few MCL projects I seen before also suffer from the so called lack of design flair. Having said that, the view is to die for.Originally Posted by solsys

wait for this one. developer got the land cheaply but whether they will pass on the saving is another matter.

Feng Shui said metal railing is better than glass as the "qi" can flow in / out freely.Originally Posted by speculator

for one who likes this region and want to have some view and convenience (or lesser inconvenience), estuary is the best choice, just as trevista is the best for Tpy and livia is the best for pasir ris. for bishan it will be sky habitat. just imho
Guys,
Does anyone still has the estuary sales brochure in pdf?
Also, how does the parking there works? I heard some stacks have own underground parking. So does stack 11 has its own parking too?

Official website with online brochure.
What I understand last time was blk 87, 89 and 91 have direct access to the underground carpark.
