    That is why garment has been too nice to all the hdb owners. This is like monthly bonus given by them if owner are renting out their units.

    EC prevails

    Today another announcement of EC site beside 8courtyard
    Will this have an impact on 8coutyard future for those investor as down the road it will compete with EC whose price is 20 percent cheaper especially sensitive to HDB up graders .

    so far those EC hit 5yrs dun hf impact on other condos nearby....EC price will hit on par wif the condo nearby instead

    remember EC is subsidised.....so many criteria

    just like BTO vs resale flats.....did resale flats px drop when bto priced at 200k lower?

    i would rather have inwards facing unit, much quieter, no west sun

    selling point is of course the view but it can get very noisy especially at night being next to a junction...
