very disappointed with this developer, most of the condo can obtain TOP at least 9 moths earlier, some even 1 yr +. I hope they find the right condo mgt team as we the residents will face them daily.

worst still...really dunno what's up in their mind...? Things that are already done but tear down and redo again n again....saw some part of the grass pactches put in then remove again n plant new one...building paint again n again....like no finish...saw exterior wall with white patch

Now it all depends on the developer...this few days i suppose we will be recving letters from developer/lawyer asking for final payment n once they recved the final payment...we will be given a login pin to book date for key collection...all the best to u...

wa liao...as i mentioned before...does not matter...they are just doing " fine tunning " touch up here n there...main issue is the landsacape....roads...drainage...carpks...where one deem fit to stay in within the premises...

Go...oood...my lawyer never bother to call but always send letter to me...liao must prepare 6 mths maint fees and surveyor fees...do u know how much the surveyor fees?

Mine is 2 bedder.
Maintainance fees $250x6+GST
Surveyor fees is $360+, not sure is this amt is standard for all types.
