    Yeap, that's the exact same fence that Estuary has.

    Almost all will want keys early so first come first serve will end up in more unhappiness as compared to giving block by block.

    At least they use plants not creeper. creeper tends to wither easily if not taken care properly. Looks cheap too. Sad.

    I called the processing officer to clarify the above and he mentioned that the Date for the inspection was early April...then after which the developer then will apply for TOP...

    did you check with him on what would be the result after inspection? and how long it will take time?

    after inspection if everything is in order...then developer will apply for TOP which takes about another 7 days...

    此时此刻我们最该关心的是那四粒 [螺丝] 的篱笆主要的功能是什么?? 没有底盘的支架连
    猫鼠都挡不了, 更不用说保安和安全.至于那些大叶子的牵牛花, 起初不错可利用来淹盖不美观的 种种缺点, 但因为没造固定花船, 以后会面对各种施肥和照管问题, 发展商在这方面是专家, 我实在不明白, 为何会赞许这类不合适的材料, 用在一个火速卖完, 众所周知的 Estuary.

    老哥, 新加坡的治安您可放心。公寓的围栏主要的功能是别让外人轻易的进入公寓的范围内。新加坡公寓的围栏并没有防范有意入侵者。其他还有闭路电视可调阅(如果不幸有事发生)

    嗯。。。牵牛花是种在地上的。一定需要花船吗?

    火速售完与材料等级并没关系。

    The Dec 12 is based on 11-15 (high floor) while the Mar 13 is based on 01-05 (low floor)......967 (high floor) vs 883 (low floor). Assuming 2nd floor vs 14th floor, that works out to be 10.6k/floor.

    Any update for the water feature facing the cross junction...like the estuary signage has it been up already? Very much concern abt this water feature without the signage...as it looks so bare n somehow weird too

    我每天都在那附近运动, 由于喜欢所以关心, 从打地基到目前为止, 我可说经厉和了解了整个过程! 有些事故的发生, 是建设进行时无可避免的, 不能归咎于发展商. 但这围栏不能与治安好不好相提并论. 以我本身来说因这围栏, 这工程原本高呼的评价几乎掉了一半, 对发展商来说, 这绝对不只是 的损失!! 因为下一个工程是什么样的围栏, 很多人会关心.

    I was there 1hr ago , no signage of Estuary at the water feature and I don't think there'll one as no sign of bracket at the feature .

    Passed by last night and saw quite a few units having their lights on, seems like they are still doing some last minute interior works.
