    Might be, but I guess most probably they will try to finish before CNY 2013. Some blocks have their aircon compressor units installed liaoz.

    I suppose the truck can also collect from the recreational center at the same time can't recall whether it's the same side as the main road or behind though

    heard that the land will be opening for bidding.. so should be private development. it's a disappointing if bottle tree has to go after putting in so much effort and they really keep the green charm of yishun and this area. too many bto already

    Masterplan 2008 shows that it's reserved land. No plans for anything yet.

    The land will be tender for lease again for up to two terms (6 years). It will be used back for the same reasons....except that the tenant may change.

    The property will be put up for tender for lease of up to two terms of three years each, for recreational fishing, recreational horticulture, a campsite, adventure training ground, plant nursery, agriculture, and fish- and bird-farm use.

    There is no plan from SLA to sell it for residential development.

    Where did you guys get that rumour from?

    I vaguely remember this is the 3 bedder which cost ard 930k during developer sale. To transact at this price it means the owner don't want to hold any further.

    For this 1302sqft unit, there's a possibility it's either a 3 bedder pes or a normal 3 bedder from level 2 to 15. Because those level 2 to 15 1302sqft unit has got big balcony and planters.

    The estuary sales starts on feb 2010. CM only kicks in ard sept 2010. So 4 yrs SSD does not apply.

    Anyway that 1302sqft unit definitely sold without much profit as the sale price is ard 900+k. After stamp duty and bank penalty, agent fee, Bo chun Liao.

    icic.. that means the price didn't climb up much .. after 2 years+.. hmm.. could be many reasons that he sold it at that price

    i heard my friend said that his estuary unit will be ready by end of the year.. possible?

    Not true, some estuary units still sell quite ok price, especially the one bedders.
    Only this 1302sqft seems peculiar.

    even 2 bedders had increased to $900-1k psf range. 3bedders usually lag behind? or most owners holding till top for even higher price?

    If they dont kena ssd means that they will not up the price somemore to cover ssd la.... One bedder still asking 10xx psf for this mkt is cheeeep but i think the one bed stack no view plus track noise?

    units facing the yishun ave1 and ave2 gonna bear the traffic from morning till late night.. it's one of the busiest juntions in north leh... terrible traffic noise and dust
