Base coat is white.... i saw from most blocks having grey concrete and white paint.... and one completed block was PURPLE!

Sorry but the all white and boxy regular look just like hdb or dbss at best - just sharing my first impression upon seeing it. A few MCL projects I seen before also suffer from the so called lack of design flair. Having said that, the view is to die for.

for one who likes this region and want to have some view and convenience (or lesser inconvenience), estuary is the best choice, just as trevista is the best for Tpy and livia is the best for pasir ris. for bishan it will be sky habitat. just imho
