Yeah, some units there have glass windows on the exterior, below their bay windows. From far. it give the impression that it has a full window. I would say in term of design, cw would have a more attractive design than vp or stellar.

Its too late spn25. If you ask before May or June, you still able to make it provide your block is not 90, it must be those near varsity park.... if you block is 90 then is should be earlier......

I asked them but I have decided not to because they have bought the material for my unit..... if I have contacted them earlier say Feb or earlier... the developer able to do something like offset the price different etc.....

Either that or the developer wants to save money by replacing concrete walls with windows. you know how expensive sand is in Singapore. Very soon, every building in Singapore will be wrapped in glass to reduce the amount of sand used in construction. But glass in a heat conductor, and makes your living rooms terribly hot.

by the way .. why do you address your spouse as SPOUSE ?
and not MY WIFE or MY HUSBAND ..

Just drove past today. The green curtains have finally ben taken off most of the blocks. The colour of the building looks a bit dull actually. Yellow and brown. The are building the club house, gym and digging the pool. Progress of these new structures seem to be quite fast. Saw quite a few contractors inside some units already doing the internal furnishings, I guess.

It's been some time since I received any letter from the bank for any new stages of loan disbursement. Club house still building. Blocks at both ends more or less completed, but I didn't look inside to see the finishings. The centre blocks still look unfinished.

Basing on what I see, top not likely before cny as someone predicted... My take would probably be even second quarter of 2010

Just got to learn from one of the foreman in the CW construction that all mesh curtain targetted to bring down by 15 Jan 2010. That is to finish the exterior paint work.

According to him, swimming pool has completed and left the landscaping need to be done.

TOP.... hmm. My guess is April the earliest.... Need months to approve those applications related to the TOP......

There is a single-storey-block building beside block 78 facing the road (next to unit #01-04), which looks like a typical HDB rubbish dump. Anyone knows what it's for? Seriously if it's really the rubbish dump then it's quite badly located cos it's next to a few units. It's not shown in the brochure plan.

Yes. This small building is for power generation. You can find it from the developer floorplan. In my view, it's better to be away from it.

Nice website. Should be some property agents who came up with it, not the developer. Anyone knows how to get the developer floor plans? All I have is the sales brochure.

Maybe should create a similar domain.....hmm.....
