Anyone knows where is the power station and rust bin of CW? Nearby which stack?
Thanks in advance.

According to the site plan, my best guess will be the area (side entrance) next to Blcok No.78 Unit 04.Originally Posted by icer_sun

Anyway, my feeling is the the distance between blocks in CW are very close to each other and there is no diff where you are. Maybe can avoid only those units nearer to West Coast Road.
I asked all my family members to judge the distance btw No. 78 and Varsity Park, they say either equal or less than btw 80 and 78. based on both 80 and 78 covered in green now. my experience is that when completely done, distance will be bigger than it seems now, so u may find it nicer than expected at TOP. as Varsity Park is completely exposed now, this increase in distance will be less significant. the trees btw CW and VP also make it look closer. Anyway distance quite similar. for potential buyer like me, this is the least important factor nowOriginally Posted by Lucas
Come to think about it, some units in Varsity park faces the backside of Stellar overlooking their back yards and toilets. This is worst...Originally Posted by housewife
At least CW units are facing the front of units in Varsity Park which is better feeling. Afterall, some units in varsity park have nice ID and can really feel good looking at them:-)
Any if you want to stay in VP, STELLAR or CW, be prepared to be looked at and prepare to look at others...
The distance between blk 80 and 78 is only 70m.
I wonder where did you get this "70m" number?
If it is really 70m, good enough leh...

Hi all, 1 am looking into buying one unit in clementiwoods 4 bedrooms. I prefer the ground floor unit as we have kids. my only conern is that the unit might be very dark... facing the park and ground floor...
Is it really dark inside? any feedback would be appreciated!
I would say the units on the ground floor and facing the park will be much darker than those not facing the park. Also, the ground units facing the park in Block 88 will be darker than those in the Block 90, especially the ground unit in Black 88 unit 36.Originally Posted by ligos
agree. from clementiwoods park, can hardly see the roof of stack 36. i guess it's like living in a jungle, pretty unique.Originally Posted by Tropical Fish

Actually, it is really strange for developer to sell condo units with tree blocking the windows. I hope Fraser will be able to convince Npark, to at least, tp trim the trees regularly in CW park.![]()

Saw some units have already installed the windows and noticed that the color of the frames seem to be "dark brown".
Two year ago, when had tour in the showroom, remembered that the window frames were silver color. Also, the window frames showed in the brochure are very light color too, almost like white/silver.
Anyone has any ideas what’s going on?![]()

walked by today, the current dark brown of the window frames is just temporary protective film, below is indeed silver colorOriginally Posted by apple3

I also love its white color kitchen!![]()
anyone know the distance between blk 80 and blk 78? They look so close together.
Definately not 70 m.Originally Posted by JXCHIA
The distance between that 2 blocks facing the main would likely to be 70 m.
Not sure if your agent meant the distance between that 2 blocks facing the main swimming pool.Originally Posted by Lucas

Walked by today and noticed that the "jungle" along the site has been cleaned out. It has a very wide open space now.Originally Posted by Lucas
I guess the owners of the units facing the park must be very happy to see the open space. No more tree blocking the windows!![]()
well well that's good news for those park facing units. It will be very nice to look out of window n listen to birds chipping:-)Originally Posted by Tropical Fish

OMG, just went to see today, the distance between Blk 88 & 86, Blk 90 & 82, Blk 80 & 78 is really really super near! sigh, dun tell me those pple staying at those blk facing each other have to draw thier curtain all day long, if not will have to view their neighbours or let their neighbours view what you are doing all day longbtw the way am staying in Blk 80 facing Blk 78.
didn't u view the construction site b4 u bought? it was like this all the time ah~ Those who bought from developer really had no choice but to guess or believe what agent says, or just count on good luckOriginally Posted by JXCHIA
