According to the site plan, my best guess will be the area (side entrance) next to Blcok No.78 Unit 04.

For the distance between blocks, No.80 is better than No. 78. No. 78 is even closer to Varsity Park. I even offered a price higher than urs to a 2nd floor unit at No. 78 and rejected. i guess this hunting process really needs some luck, or fate? So congrats to u! For us, had to settle somewhere else, so will sadly see clementiwoods getting more pretty everyday, probably will get to know better units sold at lower price
I wonder if the distance between block 80 and block 78 is almost same as block 78 and the block in varsity park? From far, it seems the same.
Anyway, my feeling is the the distance between blocks in CW are very close to each other and there is no diff where you are. Maybe can avoid only those units nearer to West Coast Road.

I asked all my family members to judge the distance btw No. 78 and Varsity Park, they say either equal or less than btw 80 and 78. based on both 80 and 78 covered in green now. my experience is that when completely done, distance will be bigger than it seems now, so u may find it nicer than expected at TOP. as Varsity Park is completely exposed now, this increase in distance will be less significant. the trees btw CW and VP also make it look closer. Anyway distance quite similar. for potential buyer like me, this is the least important factor now

Come to think about it, some units in Varsity park faces the backside of Stellar overlooking their back yards and toilets. This is worst...
At least CW units are facing the front of units in Varsity Park which is better feeling. Afterall, some units in varsity park have nice ID and can really feel good looking at them:-)
Any if you want to stay in VP, STELLAR or CW, be prepared to be looked at and prepare to look at others...

Default what about the unit facing the park.

Hi all, 1 am looking into buying one unit in clementiwoods 4 bedrooms. I prefer the ground floor unit as we have kids. my only conern is that the unit might be very dark... facing the park and ground floor...

Is it really dark inside? any feedback would be appreciated!

I would say the units on the ground floor and facing the park will be much darker than those not facing the park. Also, the ground units facing the park in Block 88 will be darker than those in the Block 90, especially the ground unit in Black 88 unit 36.

agree. from clementiwoods park, can hardly see the roof of stack 36. i guess it's like living in a jungle, pretty unique.

Besides darker, the worst is the mosquitoe.
Actually, it is really strange for developer to sell condo units with tree blocking the windows. I hope Fraser will be able to convince Npark, to at least, tp trim the trees regularly in CW park.

Unhappy the color of the window frame

Saw some units have already installed the windows and noticed that the color of the frames seem to be "dark brown".

Two year ago, when had tour in the showroom, remembered that the window frames were silver color. Also, the window frames showed in the brochure are very light color too, almost like white/silver.

Anyone has any ideas what’s going on?

Thanks for the info. Went to take a close look today as well. Yes...it's silver color underneath the black protective film. Very happy about it loh... That's one of the reasons why I bought a unit in CW.

I also love its white color kitchen!

    Definately not 70 m.
The distance between that 2 blocks facing the main would likely to be 70 m.

Not sure if your agent meant the distance between that 2 blocks facing the main swimming pool.

Walked by today and noticed that the "jungle" along the site has been cleaned out. It has a very wide open space now.

I guess the owners of the units facing the park must be very happy to see the open space. No more tree blocking the windows!

Btw, welcome to become an owner of CW! Cong!
Found an announcement made by “ China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd”:

    2007-07-19 西海岸公寓项目,业主为星狮集团。项目包括七栋五层公寓楼(240单位)一层地下停车场、游泳池及公用设施。建筑面积:28,087平方米。合同额5698.25万新元。工期30个月,已于719日开工。

So, the TOP should be sometimes in January next year, or even earlier...
