    they were giving 10 or 12% discount for 4 rooms but 15% for 3 rooms? it's a very strange piece of marketing.

    i would think the 4 rooms would move to a 15% discount soon.

    Agree with you a bit strange. Maybe leaving behind some flexibility to discount more in the future, to clear stock closer to TOP

    anyone know is the 04 stack the cheapest stack? any good deal from that stack left?

    do people these days still bother with 4 14s aand 24s?

    stack 4 is not the cheapest stack. depends on facing, not as pantang as before i feel. more like level 4, 14, 24 rather than stack number, last choice but still can sell lah.

    even 04-04 has been sold. low floor stack 4 all sold already. all 3 bedders at < 1400psf have been sold.

    #14-02 2680 sq ft 1948psf $5,219,800
    #14-04 2788 sq ft 1909psf $5,322,500
    all 3 have been sold by yesterday in less than 1 week.
    12% discount is good enough

    yes, #14 and stack 4 last to move but given a 12% discount, even high networths don't mind.

    4br is only 12% disc is because 3br has many more units than the 4br type in this dev.

    Heard fr agt, capitaland is testing the mkt and is selling 1 of the strata house for 7-8m.

    frankly, launched or not launched, if today you really love the project and want to buy one at a $7-8m budget, i think they will lay down red carpet just for you.
