stack 4 is not the cheapest stack. depends on facing, not as pantang as before i feel. more like level 4, 14, 24 rather than stack number, last choice but still can sell lah.
even 04-04 has been sold. low floor stack 4 all sold already. all 3 bedders at < 1400psf have been sold.
