stack 4 is not the cheapest stack. depends on facing, not as pantang as before i feel. more like level 4, 14, 24 rather than stack number, last choice but still can sell lah.

even 04-04 has been sold. low floor stack 4 all sold already. all 3 bedders at < 1400psf have been sold.

i think no fun liao this project, the cheap units are all sold and sales will probably slow to a trickle until they start lelonging the 4 bdrms and high floors.

frankly, launched or not launched, if today you really love the project and want to buy one at a $7-8m budget, i think they will lay down red carpet just for you.
