    D Leedon, Interlace, the future Bishan condo very badly affected by CM5 ... CAPL share price already down 14% since CM5 annoucement

    The remaining 20% of Bedok Residences can be a challenge too

    what happened to the launch of remaining blocks in oct? those should have nicer views. if developer did not launch the blocks - sad

    Default Comparison with Interlace

    Is the D'leedon finishing the same as Interlace? Which one is done up better, as there is a big difference in price between the two.

    D'Leedon - lousy finishing but in much better location than Interlace. Interlace finishing I am not sure. Interlace give people the feeling it is in the middle of no-where, need to drive to be convenient.

    How much is capl asking for d'leedon these days? Construction pace seems real slow, especially for a 99-year project.

    Leedon residences (freehold) next door seems interesting too. Anyone knows how much is the psf?

    Dleedon, 1700 above. CAPL is not selling the better facing towers. The ones for sale now are the worst lot.

    Leedon Residences, *almost* launched end of 2010 at 2300psf. The CMs shelf it.

    Another of their proj, Sky Habitat @ Bishan, will experience the same fate. Look at what their CEO of residential said last week.

    I seriously think they have "learned" from FEO , or rather, their real ally in China, SHK, that, "there is no need to sell all units before TOP, let alone within a year".

    Wah 2300psf!!! Crazy pricing lah. How to sell?

    Landed at mt sinai/moonbeam area going from $5mil plus onwards. Who would pay $4.6m for a 2000sqft condo then at bt timah?

    rich pple with spare change lor. cannot be the normal working class right? Landed at mt sinai is cheaper than landed, GCB at bukit timah/ botantical garden area. So most probably these pple buy with pocket change lor.

    i see units in URA transact $1500-1600 range for the 1000-1200 psf units leh. The $1700 psf is the 635 sqft units. The best unblocked view was sold at launch, no? there should be another high grp block with unblock bukit timah hill north facing block, not sure if its launched.

    Leedon residences sits on avery nice plot of land.

    Haha true true.... But at $2300psf, there are no lack of competing choices.... Parvis at holland hill, rivergate, martin place residences... Just to name a few... But sometimes i really do wonder IF there are so many high net worth individuals in singapore who can pay 40% in cash downpayment plus ABSD without blinking an eye. tHe ABSD very power for small fry like me. I am totally off the market the minute it was introduced. Lol....

    Units selling at $1400 + pfs now. Relatively cheap compared to some of the other devpts. Think should move sales a bit.

    they did drop the price for those lower floor poor facing units. to high floors are still expensive.

    I am ok with anything less than 10y old but most of them are low rise, very big size (high quantum) or not near MRT

    Pity the the early bird buyers. Anyway, their selling point would be $300psf cheaper than another 99LH Bishan Sky Habitat. Lelong. I think sky habitat has helped pushed the sales of many FH resale condos. Suddenly everything seems cheap and I notice resale are moving again.
