    SINGAPORE: Fragrance Properties has bought the Culford Garden estate at Siglap for S$39 million in a collective sale.

    The price translates to a land rate of about S$574 per square foot per plot ratio at a Gross Plot Ratio of 1.54.

    The 24-unit Culford Garden has a land area of 44,094 square feet and is zoned for residential development with an allowable height of up to five stories.

    Each owner could get an average of S$1.625 million from the sale.

    I do admit there a lot of projects launched at D15, recently...
    siglap V is still selling (phase B), and now we have the enbloc sites from flamingo valley..

    Seems to be benchmark off Signap V smaller units pricing ..... But tis location further in.... narrow rd inside leh...

    Nowadays agents keep shouting D15 Siglap is "Holland Village of the East" mah. Trying so hard to be "cool" for something it is not is epic fail. D15 is an interesting district though with so many launches and houses/apartments built so close together and highest pop density in SG. Not sure what kind of upside at $1400psf when there are so many unsold units nearer Parkway Parade area. But at least this area is not as cluttered and suffocating as Amber side.

    i guess so. there's hardly any amenities nearby and access to public transport would probably be a pain in the neck.

    not that i don't like the serenity of the place but 1200-1300psf is a little too much for siglap.......just my personal opinion

    still soliciting for cheques. Must make sure collect enough cheque before start preview or else if no balloting then malu. But then so many small units sure sell-out one lah.
