Oh, Hutton agent who is marketing NV, mentions CDL likely to launch 3rd plot after Sep-Dec - when land bid price firms up and NV selling off. Likely > $950 to $1000 psf for future launch.

Nothing will be less then $1000 psf soon... If can buy now at $700+ to $900+ psf, it's consider reasonable.

Scary.... next door Livia done >$900 psf +, asking $1000 psf.... If Tampines EC land price is close to $400 psf, Bishan > $860 psf. Pasir Ris land sale which is prime, opposite White Sand and MRT will be >$600psf? So you are right, future launch there definitely >$1000 psf. That makes NV really good buy now.

I feel that you don't really speak your mind sometimes, but u definitely show wisdom in most of your comments. Whether it is worthwhile to buy NV u already got the answer. anyway it's just my hunch

How's the sales going ? Heard that the showroom will be closed soon to make way for the new launch.

Anyone knows whats the progress of the construction now ? Heard from agent that NV will be ready in 1st half of 2013

The only congested point (during peak hours) in Pasir Ris is at the exit point to the TPE. The queue time is about 10 mins.

    Unlikely
Not only palette, you may need to even wait for one more project behind palette b4 they open up the road. That's the only entry for the heavy vehicles for construction material to come in. Good for developer and also Livia & NV residents as it will not conjest the whole area. Imagine all the dust & the heavy vehicles move in and out.

By June, you are able to see nv standing up bright with painted white. Nv is able to get top by 4q based on the progress rate of each quater.
