May be the are doing touch up the interior , next the other thing they will be doing will be the ground floor landscaping then will be complete because all the unit is completed 55% progressive payment .

All riviera 38 owner happy labour day !

From the riverbay forum I think we will not top the same time with them . From their forum some of the unit only collected 45% only . We have collected 55% till level 25 . So is hardly can top together . Maybe they will top later by us few month later from the progressive payment they paid .
