So i can say that The electrical wiring, internal plastering, plumbing and installation of door and window frames of unit have completed. So another 5 percent is collected .

Riviera will still faster the riverbay . The crane is still there for riverbay . Hope riviera will age to hand over to allgreen by April then it shd able to top by jun

hi owner

Went to the site last sat , the progression of the exteriors is not much changes.

the level 2 car park temporary hostel for the worker to stay is remove .

Most of the exteriors is done , only the 3 bedder one of the bedroom they are fitting up the window glass .the window frame is all installed.

Found a a sign board at the entrance of the site written welcome a visitors call Dr ... i think is the bca personnel come check building for green mark award.

so dun know will it able to hand over to all green on April seem like a bit hard .
