Anyway, I saw the chart. Lvl 8 already collected next 50+% payment alrdy, and lvl 6 and 7 still stuck at 45%, whereas lvl 9-14 all collected 50th% payment

Ok . So this one month they are doing the interior so the progess of construction look not much different . Hope the upper level progess will be faster
