thanks for the update...seems like they are speeding up the revonations of lower levels yet slowly down on the construction of the upper levels....level 22 has been building for past few weeks

Level 22 have finish now building level 23 , they have to do it concurrently so that it will be faster . That why upper level slow down . Any way level 4 level is very fast one .

Heard either build many new blocks HDB or sold as GLS for condo..or mixed
no body know given the quietness of things now aday

One thing for sure, queezing juice out of every piece of "hot" state land in city-fringe to generate $$$$ to build up reserve .. I am worry

I just had a look at the masterplan 2008. The plot is orange, not pink, and represents residential land. Plot ratio 3.5.

if you go up to orchard central sky garden you will able to see the green neting building that is Riviera 38 and the building with blue neting will be Riverbay , i just zoom it nearer to let your see Hehe
