I guess all project are like that for marketing and sales reason they always had to put nice pics to attach ppls end of the day, the buyers will still need to do homework to take a walk at that area they are buying look ard whether they can accept it or not

got a shock when i saw the size of the swimming pool of the condo -vetro which is pretty near to R38. See attached on what is in the brochure and what was actually built....will it be the same for R38??? I pray not....

Will allgreen throw such a "stunner" when R38 TOP?

We are referring to the building , the scenery all developer will not show the view beside all will put greenery trees to all project . No choice

Yes, like the HDB plan drawings to the nearest .01 metres icluding other plan drawings like the layout of electrical (lightning), aircon, heating (hot water if any ) These are most basic items in your welcome package.

I don't own RV38 but can see her growing taller from my PC across the road. It will look majestic at TOP time.

This is mezzo swimming pool 30m by 6m . R38 will be similar like this . R38 is 33m by 6.4m Hehe

Regent residences is now at ground zero. Yes, from my vantage pt should see the tail portion of it (as front portion nearer to road is blocked by one st Michael).

I didn't heard that , this is their contract so I dun think they will delay nowadays labour cost so high they will finish ASAP. Who tell you that they will delay from who ?

1 mth they can bulid 2 to 3 floor so by this year nov to dec they able to floor and use 3 to 6 mth to do the external then can top . i think lastest will by june 2014.
