From the speed they building before end the end will be able to build up to 27 floor . Then take half year floor to install the aircon and interior reno so I expected 2014 June will be top .

got a shock when i saw the size of the swimming pool of the condo -vetro which is pretty near to R38. See attached on what is in the brochure and what was actually built....will it be the same for R38??? I pray not....

its not the length i am worried about....its the "thickness"....

The artist impression in the picture totally is different when top in this picture , i dont think all green provide this type of standard . i have ask the pool how big before i bought the unit .so you dont have to worry . just hope it will look good when top for R38

If it is so much difference, how come it managed to get TOP? I believe detailed specs need to be submitted to BCA to prevent hanky-panky by developer.

You see the real pic and the artist impression at ventro is really different . Maybe the people there don't mind

U see.. they put such a nice river beside the condo in the book... end up it is just a sewer... -.-

their house in the book also shows no highway and nothing blocking... lol

any time you can sell.. is only you need to pay extras to the government for the first 5 years if you sell it.

Keep it for rent. It is a good place to rent out from what I see.
