    I think no one will sell now . Because there will be a seller stamp duty of 16 % the seller need to pay to the government . So is unlikely .

    No we only have to pay for the ASSD if we sell the property within 5 years

    Ok that is not bad considering EightRiver Suites which has 862 units in total, several units remain unsold for now.

    Hopefully the tranport link can be improved with public bus service or MRT.

    You can consider river bay oppsite R38 is going to launch soon 999 lease hold too

    no sure yet the showroom is ready . just havent launch . 147 unit project . i think the price will be slightly lower then 8 riversuite because the piece of land they bought very cheap .

    Well Riverbay is also under the same developer, however I heard that there maybe blockage in view from the upcoming BTO opposite.

    1 block of 26 Storey (147 units) with swimming pool, communal facilities and units start from level 9 onwards

    But i think still worth to buy at that area because all the up coming project in potong pasir is 1500 to 1600sqf (99yrs) and 8rs is 1300spf + .And potong pasir going to buliding a shopping mall + residential next at potong paris mrt .

    no my friends bought a unit there , and i familiar wz the area , R38 is worth to buy is cheap .

    riverbay will be sharing the shuttle bus service with R38. but in all honesty, i dont think river bay is at a fanastic location.... it's bloody close to the filter lane of the expressway....during morning and evening peak hours, it's damn noisy...i know that cos i stayed there.

    Price wise i was told it's abt 1300 psf... heard from the MC at the nearby condo

    Is true is near expressway , but if they are selling around 1200sqf can consider for 999 leasehold project , i think city fringe hard can get this type of price now .
