Actually if u guys realize Allgreen tactics, they way they release the units is very different [I experience this during One Devonshire and Skysuites] and also somehow they are very peculiar about unit numbers like 08,04,13. For example units with 08 will have a more premium. I guess in this case is probably due to the 13-04
