Yeah, I stay at the top floor in OL. View wise- 180 degree non blocked left to Right - from East Coast side ParkWay Parade to Kallang River side (ship and container) to south side central CBD city view (Singapore Flyer, Marina Bay Sands, Sail, OFC, South Bridge, can also see Orchard Central, Orchard Gateway, ION Orchards, Solei, west side Toa Payoh, Arte, Sky@Eleven etc.

You should also have night photo of RV38 showing the lighted-up crown.

Bro NoExit, since you are very active, consider sitting in R38 Management Committee when it is formed.

I was told it would be $45 per share value. But as usual, it is subjected to change.

I guess you can only voice your objection after the MC is formed.

In general, the lesser the no of total units, every one has to pay more to make up the difference.

In addition, there is also a Sinking fund component which may be additional few dollars per share separate from maintenance (if the maintenance fees is not sufficient).

Many first-time owners are not aware of this.

No worries. We are here to learn from each other.

I guess we need to wait for few months before we know if there will be additional contributions to the sinking fund.

The maintenance funds is to pay for the monthly recurring expense eg MA fees, all utility charge, insurance etc. The separate sinking funds are saved for rainy day eg major repair after 5 years after DLP period, repainting etc.

Actually, I would advise you to be in the protem committee. Your inquisitive nature and desire to make RV38 (assuming you are also stay-in/ your first condo) a better place is in you.

You will learn alot as members of ist MCST. Can always retire 2nd year,
