For those condos inside St.Michael area, wouldn't it be congested with cars during peak hours because the only road that could get in/out to the main road is St. Michael road?

Not congested. I wonder why. Seems like its either my neighbours leave very early or very late. The road has its occasional taxis stopping. Otherwise it's pretty empty.

After all there alway never a near prefect project and hopefully more could be done by LTA to improve the flow of the traffic for this estate in view of the increase in occptants in this estate over years

HDB estates with so many blocks are usually also serviced by just a 1 lane 2-way road. I guess the st micheal condo estate car population is still less dense compared to HDB, so should probably be fine . Esp. considering the ratio of non-driving expats staying there.

The main problem imho is the busy serangoon road, quite daunting when you imagine trying to get to jalan besar .

Yup will post soon of the project update if happened to be there. Last month I went, they building level 6-7 constructing the units slowing up. Anyway this project left 4 units, can see the strong demand and value for $$ to invest own stay even the facing the highway, but considered located in the more private estate.
