Not sure what " brouches " you are referring to, but our brochure clearly mentions both. Just to help you out I've put a screen grab.

BTW, the brochure never mentioned having lifts. So when you come across the road to visit us make sure you are in good health to climb stairs 7-8 floors to visit our gym.
