    Default Where & what is the site / land area of the smallest condo site?

    dear experts & gurus,

    Like to ask hor, what are there are the constraints to build a condo on a small plot of land?

    I did some searches and found the following list. The current record holder from my list is 7,915.85 sq.ft

    and if you are curious which is the devt, the answer is in the list below, read on to find it...

    Is it possible at all to build on so small land area?
