Hi guys,

Anyone bought a KL property for rental income? Rental yield there can be up to 9% for certain condos such as Maytower and Berjaya Times Square and they cost less than a 3rm HDB flat here. Only issue I think is the hefty 28% tax on rental income and the issue of allocating 30% of certain projects to bumis. Does anyone know of any other prevailing issues when Singaporeans buy a property in KL for investment? That territory is very new to me.
