Why are privacy screens (if that is what is called) installed at the balconies of only one block?

I think the Shore should be a popular with expats. I have seen them trying to get in to take a look even before TOP. NTUC finest is just next door.

Yes, very nice indeed. but too bad it is a rented unit from Fareast. Once lease is up, got to return back to them. Enbloc?

hi, its the only block that will have almost direct west sun facing. hence the reason and also for aesthetics reasons i believe , since its facing the main road, its the only block that will be needing more privacy than the rest of the 5 other blocks

Yes, certainly one of the best looking project around the katong/amber vicinity.

And I notice it has high ceiling too, compared to all the nearby projects so such esta, one amber, sea view. Anyone can confirm?

    Ceiling is 2.8m, I think it's normal
    And not really high ?

Anyone can comment if 2.8m is regular?

There will be fierce rental competition in the amber road area with completion of shore residences n upcoming silversea..
Imagine "seaview, esta, one amber, amber residences, shore residences, aristo, silversea, moda, coralis n cotz d azur all competing for tenants.
    This is frightening!

Don't forget 76 Shenton, Skysuites, Altez, Spottiswoode suites, Spottiswoode residences, Robinson suites. All these will TOP between now and end of year. Rental will be crap in D2. How many units here? Easily more than the current supply in D2.

And did I left out any?

It really depends on demand for that location. Can only get more competitive going forwards unless the influx of people regains momentum again like in the last 8 years.

Back to The Shore Residences, it looks like average listing is 1600-1700psf. Looks a little too expensive? If there is so much competition, do you think the price will be coming down?

Moda, a few blocks away, is going at about the same price, and it is freehold. Better buy?

might as well buy seaview, if u dont mind a project about 5 yrs old. FH, big land, better location than shore.

and yes, i tink newton is more dense. paris ris also, when it is all developed.

Do the opposite of wat the mainstream people does. ie, start house hunting now n keep close contacts with your agents. So when the rock falls... u grab your lovely dream shelter faster then anyone does.

    All the best! D15 rawks!!

Actually, the ceiling height is 9 feet. Those with sliding louvre external panels are only for the premium Block C tenants.
