Honestly, when I saw the tenure, I was rather surprised. Based on the data you provided, let me explain why.

If tenure is indeed from 2002, then they probably completion construction at about 2004-2005 (roughly). This means, this development is only 4-5 years old. If you do visit that development, it looks like 10 years old development.

Rather shocking maintenance and rapid aging I must say.

If the thread starter have the condo name right then the tenure of the project is 99 YRS FR 17/05/1997.
