please go and ask your resale agents how good their business is. fast cooling is an understatement. don't just read news reports and post those bullish reports and hope that people will believe in them. talk to people on the ground and you can get a better feel of what exactly is happening.

... people on the ground say it is "not fast coming down" ... in fact, it is not coming down ... maybe there are many different people on the ground and we are hearing from different groups?

... that's why I am cooling down these few days to make a move tomorrow (instead of Saturday) ...

Anyway, I seriously wouldn't know if you are right or I am. Only time can tell. I can be dead wrong with my move tomorrow too. Let's compare notes 3-6 months later with this post.

you got me wrong. i said fast cooling down (with regards to volume, enquiries and interest expression) ie asking should not be too far above last transacted price, as opposed to coming down (in terms of prices).

Good luck for your purchase tomorrow. Hope you get a good bargain.

    OK. Got you. Agreed.

November and December are normally quieter. I believe it is the best time to buy. (But, I may be wrong!)

yup, that's where we disagreed earlier in other threads. your belief that 2010 will be like 2007 and my belief that it won't be so hot.

relax. if you are buying with a long term view and are comfortable with the financial commitments, there is no need to be worried, whatever happens. however, if you are buying with the intention of selling next year and you get it wrong, then you will be ................

anyway, my view is just that it cools off a bit and if prices fall, it will fall somewhere in the middle of the early 09 lows and the recent highs, not like fall until jia lat jia lat wat.
