    As i found FE sell 2400psf different by 1 deck.

    Depend on which floor and finishes. Some of FE's units i saw 15th fl n above have better fininshes and asking for 2,200 psf two mths ago.

    FE 15th flr till unsold, yesterday just check with FE girl they ask 2500psf.

    and
    mine is on 9flr.

    heard a stack 1 very high floor was sold recently at 2200psf, dont know true or not...

    hi hi,

    MBR past transaction (Sept-Oct)
    higher 2420psf and
    lower is 2200psf

    and 710sqft close at 2300psf in Sept. maybe high flr.

    But MBR have total unit is 428 units.

    Not for this unit. After what jlrx mentioned. I will keep this unit for my next generations.

    Sure or not? Before your next generations pass away the 99years Lease is already up & and end up no place to stay? (so not too good choice lei). I thought people buy Marina Bay 99 years condos because: 1) to flip; 2) don't expect any return from it (got too much money to burn so never mind). You are the 2nd type?

    Allow me to disagree as I don't consider Marina Bay to be good location for own stay (renting out may be) + the place has no intrinsic long-term value because all 99years LH (I believe most owners would have sold long ago before the 99years lease expire - want to enbloc also unlikely because no profit as unlikely to be able to build higher).
