Sub-sale mkt super quiet, buyers like me will wait, cos sellers (some of them got buyers' remorse i think) are trying to sell at sky-high prices. my agent told me the sellers are quite naive and unreasonable now, so that's why buyers like myself are waiting to pounce! this is esp when there are many speculators who will be more frightened when TOP nears, and then panic sell.

Another opportunity is when Buyer should have pounced when the project has just been launched...the subsale price of caspian units have already pushed the neighbouring condo Lakeholm price up....unless the new plot of land next to caspian has lower tender price than caspian...that will cause the surrounding condo price to go down...but make a guess, how high a possiblity will this happen??![]()
