Yes it really looks like a quality boutique apartment. I am reluctant to let go now as it has great potential for rental and capital appreciation. At the very least, I am thinking of waiting till next year when LTA/URA announce the location of Siglap MRT station before reassessing my decision. Unless the offer is good, I will likely keep it.

Same thoughts. for a boutique apartment, the look and feel is really good. Cant wait for it to TOP. I'm holding mine too.
