    The guide price should be 15xx psf not 13xx psf.

    went to show room today.

    Loft units look good, but a bit pricey at 2.5mil+ for only 3 bedrooms.

    For investment purpose, I will give this smallish project a total miss.

    i went to the showroom in 2007, thought its really worth a total miss. 13xx maybe worth a second look, but 15xx??? definitely worth a complete miss.

    There seems to have another new development coming up opposite Duke Residences, The Asana. The price however shouldn't be below 15xxpsf as compared to Duke Residences previously.. Now the cluny park residence and quinn @ farrer already transacted more than 2000psf..

    What do you think should be a good price for the asana? i think the launch price should be more than $2,000psf...
