    Hmmm, its freehold, so that's a pro.

    Con is that maintenance might be higher cos fewer units to share the maintenance cost. But it also means few people to fight with you for use of the pool.

    Best units are going to be those facing away from the Mian Still Road, that road is a perpetually busy road. So, will be more dusty and noisy. Best to face away in opposite direction.

    agree, the development along a very bust stretch of road...probably, can still hear vehicle even late at night, as well as the dust.
    what the developer name ...?
    pricing wise...it quite competitive

    it like Naturalis ...near to main road
