Well Its just a color and it can be repainted to the desired color with time. Dun give up a fabulous project just for the color. The interior is better than most other well known developements if nt the same.

I know Fragrance projects very well... they are a typical VALUE developer where INNER BEAUTY counts more than EXTERNAL. How often do you see boutique (MM) developers including marble flooring, branded fixtures like Grohe, Electrolux and built in microwave oven.

Tell me, when you buy a home, do you spend most of the time INSIDE it or OUTSIDE standing and admiring the external facade??

Mine was sold at 600k earlier this year. Now people asking 650-680k.

Suites @ Sims? 455k but tiny 1bedder. If not wait for Kovan Center project. Lakeside new project also can consider. There are quite few choices if you dont need any that TOP within 2 years.

U buying to stay or lease out?

I'm lookin for one for a frd. Preferably near mrt . He has seen Kovan and sims. Maybe he shd look at sub-sales for better deals. I know its difficult to look for one at < $500k

Hey folks, how is it living in that area; Is the surronding environment tranquillity or vibrant, warm neigbourhood or typical city life people? And most importantly, where do you go for food (walking)?

Generally well balanced crowd with mix of young and old and rich and not so rich. Food can either cross the canal to those zi cha near moonstone or main road serangoon or st george area. Or cross underpass to jln bahagia side Whampoa market. All at least 5 to 8mins walk.
