    It is at St Michael road, FH. Yes it is a 3 bedroom PH with very large balconies. Not sure the size.

    Try calling the agent if you are interested..... unfortunately I have lost his card

    I just realised 04 stacks has no security. Its easy from climb in from the void deck ...

    I just stand in the corridor can see Stack 1 kitchen (or is it yard?) clearly liao... left side is flyer, right side is Stack 1 kitchen (yard?)...

    Long meh. I only started selling mid December after getting keys.

    So far a handful of viewings but no offers. Am only asking slightly above bank valuation.

    Patience will pay off. I saw a 13xxsf OSM unit going for 990psf, which is good news for MM units in that area which ought to be selling for above 1100psf. I can't imagine what Vetro, BH and Airstream will be transacting for resale when they TOP a few years later?

    Vetro will TOP this year, if not by June. They just topped out.
