Don't know, maybe after MC is formed, then the maintenance fee can be reviewed?

The driver usually dies after 2 years and it is not easy to pull the recessed LEDs out of false ceiling. Maintenance wise CFL is the way to go.
+1. Wanted to go full LED for down lights and spot lights, but just afraid that technology is not stable enough. Thus likely will be doing:

    Cove lights : T8 fluorescent
    Down lights : CFL
    Spot lights : LED

you should consider LED for downlight as cost range $50-60 per piece.
    Less energy consumption less heat.

CFL going at $20-30 per pc?

Wifely just called. Postman just delivered letter from lawyers to pay money.

For the cheque, do we mail it directly to CDL, or must go through our lawyer?

You send payment (I assume you mean maintenance fee and survey fee) to your lawyer, who will then do the necessary including informing your bank to release the monies to CDL...

Tks. Will visit laywer's office tomorrow to make payment.

Based on experience of those who have already collected the keys, looks like I will only be able to collect mine after the National Day long weekend.

For those already made the appointment / collected their keys, is it easy to get a date/time slot of your choice?

Can anyone who have collected their keys confirm if OpenNet Fiber cabling is already done and terminated at the Wiring Closet area since Hundred Trees has structured cabling provided.

its usually located together with the circuit breaker together, starhub etc. It should also come with LAN router box.

For those already collected keys, anyone managed to test and confirm how are the data points in each room wired? Just individual LAN cable from each data point to the junction box inside the riser panel?

If planningto install opennet fibre+ wireless router in one of the room, we have to run our own fibre cable from the riser to the room during renovation?

The router and the modem should be located together with the junction box, where the fibre optic port is located. From there the entire room will get wireless access. If you wish to use LAN, just connect the router LAN out to the network box LAN in.

Hi...what's the ceiling height for Hundred Trees?

I visited my friend unit, and I find it is quite low. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.
