Btw the "100 trees" along AYE already bloom, so I guess this time next year the ones in the condo should do like wise.

Mine is block 81. Notification by legal firm is via email only. I have already given the cheque and am in the process of arranging for key collection.

Hi...I am amazed with the high maintenance fees.

What is the reason of high maintenance fees?

    Received my letter too

Maintenance for my one bedroom unit is $1861 for 6 months or $310 per month inclusive of GST....

I would be putting my unit for sale/rent.

A one bedroom 484 sq ft unit at J Gateway was reported by Business Times to have been sold at $1778 psf.

    http://www.propertywiki.sg/2013/07/j...38-units-sold/

Methinks I should be able to get 2k psf......

    Anyone wants to join me?

Way piang, don't tell me the maintenance for 4 bedder will hit $500 ahh. That's way higher than what they initially advised. I have also yet to receive any notification for my unit at Blk 85.

The developer never advised the expected maintenance fee lah. It is the agents who anyhow guess one lah.

I follow the advice of the forumers here dutifully

I received notification from my lawyer last week Mon, and the key collection will be next Mon, so total process takes about 2 weeks. I'm going to do a bit of reno (lights and curtains) then move in by end of this month. Others like grills and exotic reno next time. Reason is I have rented out the HDB so I need house fast
