This morning while driving pass HT along AYE, was able to take a more detail look due to the super jam on AYE. All the balance blue protective film on the windows of the last 3 blocks all removed already. Painting of the clubhouse has started.This means TOP around early June

Upon TOP in June 2013, the 2 bedders should be worth at least $1500 psf versus next door Newest 2-bedder around $1650 psf that is launching in early May 2013.

Property around that area (Monterey Park, Botannia, Carabelle, Infiniti) must have risen like 30 to 40% over the past 2 to 3 years.

TOP already. Now we are just waiting for key collection.
The fiber optic should be in place since when it was announced that all new projects must have it, HT was still at the foundation stage.

I think there are, but they are still pretty small. But I think 2 years time, it will be nice, but also mean headache for the cleaners

Hoping that the Fiber Optic point terminates in the structured cabling termination area since this project is supposed to be equipped with structured cabling to every room. Have yet to receive any letter from developer or lawyer asking for money though. Hoping it won't be as long as Ascentia Sky.
