I think the competition will be tight as there will be alot of heartlanders vying for the seats too.

Anyway what are the pros and cons of this development?

How about the air and noise quality over west coast?

This development resides next to the highway.

for own stay, the best development in that area is botannia due to its land size, beautiful landscaping and away from highway. plus still within 1km from nan hua.

I haven't been to inside to appreciate but it could be true based on searches.

Once 100 Trees landscape is in, psf should increase further. A 786 sqft unit is is close to $1300 psf now.

US economy seems to be in recovering mode. EU seems to be in $ printing mode. 2H 2012 should be good for properties although in terms of sales units it may not be outstanding compare to 1H 2012.

Recall my thread on JB property, more units are sold to Singaporeans over the past 2 weeks and the developer upped the price by another $20k RM. Now project is almost sold out.

Wish all property owners here huat for 2012, and beyond.

I think the property around the area is on the upswing due to JLD as well as the coming new mix development project at the former HL garden.

As for botannia, most people I know who went there are all very impressed with the project. Almost every unit there is occupied and i think about 30-40% are probably rented out

I feel asking questions is better than not asking questions when in doubts.

ya, but if u keeping asking the same question all over the place, how do u feel about yourself.

It reflects that u dun even bother to find out yourself and expect pp to feed you NON-STOP.

My sub-ordinates when come to see me, is, no question from u, as u have to answer all your questions including all the questions from your boss.

Questions could be similiar but can be yield different answers in different situation(s).

Questions can be generic but idea(s) and replie(s) could be of varieties. I am seeking for more input(s) than a singular opinion.

I hope not. The basement, common facilities and interior are not done yet. After the inspections etc should drag until around Jan/Feb 2013 TOP (in my view). CDL has better take its time to finish up and deliver a quality project. My weekend home anyway, no hurry.

You are a vested home owner for hundred-trees? Are you an investor/speculator for this development?

You are right. With the SSD, ABSD, stamp duty, agent commission... it is very hard to cash out. All these profit are on paper only.
