ulu. Oso the lift layout of changi court is very weird.
Taka a look urself, somehow feel like school Dormitory and the retro look railings in green, and the carparks. Rental is about 2-2.4k similiar to a LH condo in simei, of purchase price of 550-600k at current market. LH is nearer to amenties and MRT. 5mins-10mins walk to anywhere coffeeshop,Mrt,hospital,shopping mall etc..Originally Posted by spec008

Any residents of Changi Court/Changi Green want to comment. I heard both are near to Expo MRT. Are there any shops/eateries nearby. Read some review on theft and bad management of Changi Court.

beside it. Surely the property will have very good potential , will go up and up. Furthermore its FREEHOLD.
The exact location is out for Upper Changi station. The properties along the Upper Changi East stretch really benefited because of the 4th University location there. If not for the 4th Uni, I doubt there will be a MRT station built there as the human traffic is low there.
