POA price for private property

I need to do power of attorney to buy condo unit on behalf of relative. I remember was quoted 250sth when I bought mine a couple of yrs ago. Looked for the lawyer we buy and sell our unit and was quoted 300 (discounted from 400). Is it a reasonable price? Has the price increased? Is HDB cheaper? tanx
