it could be "subject to development."
but that piece of land is part of varsity park.

It means subject to detailed planning
Clementiwoods Condo is not next to clementi rd. the STDP land is in between. so even if CW has a back gate, can only exit to Clementiwoods Condo Park. well, not sure if such a back gate is a good thing. last yr a NUS girl was raped at the park at night (not the track next to CW condo, a more distant one). this yr a NUS girl phone robbed at day time. since then i dare not pass CW park alone when dark. hope it'll be better when CW completed, workers leave and more residents move in. at least shout, sb will hear. btw, dunno what they're going to do with the tall trees at the edge of CW park. many taller than roof. should be quiet behind the trees but no park view; removed, park view but noise from rd.Originally Posted by Lucas

If you look at the legend, it has the same colour as the CW and the Varsity Park. It's planned for RESIDENTIAL. But the funny thing is that there isn't any Plot Ratio stated.
That plot of land is a slope piece of land. Perhaps, to address the security issue, build residential unit and having a walk-way along the development would sound secured.
