The condos in St Mike's are coming up fast and furious, but one VERY important consideration for pple with cars:

The road is only one lane in, one lane out...and at the junction, Serangoon Road is jam packed every day...if any current owners can advise, how bad is the traffic every morning?

there are many places in singapore that has traffic jam. at least this place is centralised and you save quite a bit of time already if travelling from far east or west or north.
hope traffic will improve tremendously when the woodsville interchange is up

the woodsville interchg will prob improve the traffic going str towards potong pasir, but for traffic that wants to go into CTE/PIE, they would still filter into the left and that's where probably congestion still occurs for those coming out of St Mich. Unless LTA do some magic over there....

unless there is a highway ramp before st mich road that leads the vehicle towards the CTE/PIE...then it would be really good for the traffic there...

6xxsft and above i understand, but 3xx-4xx sqft sounds ridiculously small. These units are so small that once you open the front door, u can almost leap straight from the door to the bed.
