Went by the site. The plot is quite tiny and are they thinking of building that footpath (parallel to Akyab road) on the left (shown in the site plan)? That would make the plot even smaller???
And, there doesn't seem to be a surrounding perimeter fence based on the picture of the project? The high beams should look nice though...
