Is my comments that interesting, dont be so polite leh, our find it silly leh. Just say lah if you find it silly. Anyway i normally ignore such people who can't see things in big picture & thought he has see the world.

Anyhow, WF is a good project with the coming MRT & beautiful reservoir, eyeing one there. Yes to be honest, hopping starbuy just to get one that is within my budget for investment. After calculation based on current price there is no way to get a good rental yield, maybe even negative.

Whatever the case if the price continue to shoot up, congrats to all buyers and i have to just give WF a miss.

Yes I could b another Tanumy, then nobody need to guess wats my intention.
If the forum is just for positive comments then we are myopic.
Somebody still think that negative comments can brng down their property. If that be the case, Tanumy has already done the job of
pushing DBR price thru' the roof.

gain the moment you buy and not buy and tell urself property
