It does seems FEO projects all don't cut corners and looked very luxurious hor.
So the premium to FEO is indeed worth it.

FEO provides more instead. They included oven for 2 bedder (not given during the early stage). Down lights for all toilets and balcony wall light too.

Quite unexpected. Expected most FEO projects to be average for furnishing etc. Is that the new trend for FEO projects? A friend of mine got Vista residences at Balestier and he seemed to have a good opinion of FEO

give unexpected goodies, people impressed easily.

that washer/dryer is like $900 only, divide by square feet,about $1psf.
yet feo markup price by $100, buyers also happy.

And Archi has none, marketing failed big time. Even 1/2BR they did not bother giving a WM/Dryer 2-in-1 and left the WM area exposed w/o any cabinet to conceal it even in their SF .. Classic UOL.

I would say FEO has improved a lot in terms of finishing and workmanship.
FCL in the opposite trend.

Revenge. That was what Madam Tan Sze Sze scribbled in red several times on a photocopy of her husband's birth certificate.

It was found in the front right pocket of her red T-shirt when her body was found in Bedok Reservoir nearly a year ago.
