Haiz...no luck with waterfront key even though i was there in the Q on the first evening of preview. That time only low floor (no balcony) stack 17 and 18 were within my limited budget...all snapped up before me.

FEO would have factored the DTL3 line in just as it did with the fictitious marine parade mrt while selling Silversea. No way they would miss out on the opportunity to raise selling prices.

Around $850-950psf. Not expensive if buy for own stay. Future MRT within walking distance.

Not that key is fast but waves is super slow even Oasis @ Elias started much later is completing soon. And we are talking about a small project of 400 plus units only, wonder who is the contractor-must be eating snake??
