    The one that is nx to Eco is reserve site, but the other 2 u mentioned along New Upp Changi Rd are cfm sites. According to a agent, the site where MRT exit is next to optima is zoned for mix commercial, heard its gonna be a mall. Anyone can cfm?

    Been hearing this for some years that this site is for commercial use. Probably can built a mall plus condo units on top.

    With the condos already there and more coming up, I am sure a mall with supermarket will be welcomed and also boost the surrounding condo prices.

    Residents from Casa M should be happy with Optima to block the noise from the mrt train.

    It does not matter what noise you have, MM at Optima performed as best as Gold (800-1600USD vs 900-1445psf) so watch out for gold price, if it hits USD2000, be prepared for 1800psf Optima MM

    Housing development will commence at the next site, Simpang, when Bidadari and Lim Chu Kang completes in 5-8 years time.

    I had been watching prices around the area closely for a while now, and always feels that when those at Tanah Merah goest up, Simei DoubleBay will follow suit, and then those condo/older ECs in Pasir Ris and Tampines will move up. So far its quite clear although the district is different ie. D16, D17/D18, but close enough.

    No lah, the same side road leads to a guard post/cp for each development. Definitely not same one.
